I'm guessing this Vietnam is white. It has been the most stimulating of all the white varieties I have tried. For me at 4 grams it causes me to be jittery, which is not necessarily bad. Great focus, mood, and pain relieving qualities. Not for sedation or relaxation. Need to get stuff done then this is your kratom.
