Accepted forms of payment
Partnering with credit card processors willing to work with kratom is extremely difficult. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we keep adding and deleting partnerships with certain processors.
Credit/Debit Card
What’s accepted:
- All major credit cards. AMEX and Discover are available in certain States.
What will show the charge coming from on my card statement:

Peer to Peer (P2P)
You’ll receive an email with our information for the different payment platforms we use once you place an order.
Platforms used:
- Cash App only.
- No Zelle, Venmo, PayPal or any other Peer to Peer platforms.
Order Processing & Shipping
When Will My Order Ship?
Shipments are made, same or next business day including Saturday.
Monday through Friday shipping cut off time: 1 PM PST
Saturday cut off time: 11 AM PST
Sunday & Federal holidays: Closed
Instances of delayed shipping and delivery are rare but do happen.
USPS – priority mail
Delivery within 1 to 3 business days, including Saturday, from the time of shipment as stated on USPS.com. Delays do happen.
PaylessKratom.com does not guarantee delivery dates. No refunds are given for delayed deliveries.
UPS – all services
No UPS shipments or deliveries are made on Saturday or Sunday. Deliveries for all orders placed on Friday, before 1 PM PST, would be on Monday or after depending on the service you chose.
PaylessKratom.com does not guarantee delivery dates. Packages that are delayed due to weather are not included in the UPS service guarantee as this is beyond UPS control. Therefore, Guaranteed Service Refund is not eligible.
Orange Shipping Protection
We have teamed up with Orange Shipping Protection to protect your purchase from being lost, stolen or damaged. This service is ON by default. If you turn it OFF then you assume all the risk of your order being stolen, lost or damaged.

About Kratom
What is Kratom?
Originally known as Mitragyna Speciosa but more commonly known as Kratom, this tropical evergreen tree is from the Rubiaceae Family. The Rubiaceae Family is also home to another well-known plant – coffee! The different strains of Kratom originate from the various vein colors that grow in the plant, creating the names “red”, “green”, and “white”.
The effects of Kratom are similar to that of its cousin, coffee. With a smaller amount, you’ll receive the properties that give you energy and focus throughout your day. It may also decrease appetite.
When you increase the amount, you may begin to feel euphoric or extremely calm. This level has also been known to work well for relief.
Kratom leaf is ground into a fine powder (or crushed if desired) to be consumed several different ways. Kratom is not currently approved by the FDA and several states have already banned this plant.
The “active ingredients” in kratom—mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine—interact with the same brain receptors as opioids. Like opioids, repeated use of kratom, may potentially be, habit-forming, addictive and result in withdrawal symptoms like irritability, anxiety, difficulty concentrating, sleep disturbance, and among others. Always follow recommendations and instructions of the manufacturer.
Please be responsible and follow manufacturer instructions and consult with a healthcare provider before deciding Kratom or 7-OH is for you.
