Returns

For whatever reason all items purchased can be returned within 15 calendar days from the date of receiving the item pursuant to the following conditions and terms.

• > Return of the product in its original condition is the responsibility of the purchaser. The product cannot be used. No refunds or exchanges on items that have been opened and or used.
• > These products are non-returnable. However, we will accommodate our customers for returns on items that have not been used.
• > If an order is qualified for a return, fees such as shipping (free shipping on order) and Insurance fees will be deducted from the total.
• > There is a 10% fee on all returns after fees such as shipping costs (shipping fee that had been paid by us) are deducted.
• > If the return is authorized, then the refund will be issued back to the original payment method used and or a store credit will be issued.
• > For refund back to the original payment method, please allow up to 3 business days to process your refund and 3 business days to see the refund back in your account.
• > The purchaser is responsible for the return shipment.

Insurance (Orange Shipping Insurance)

• > To protect your purchase from Loss, Theft or Damage please use Orange Shipping Protection. For a very small fee you acquire the peace of mind that your purchase is now insured. By default, the protection is turned ON. By turning the Orange Protection off you are assuming any and all physical and financial responsibilities of the purchase as soon as the carriers used have retained possession of the item.

Fraud and Chargeback

• > We take the protection of our customers and our company very seriously. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in repercussions from disabling your purchase ability, law enforcement involvement and legal action.

I understand if I have an unpaid balance to 36 CIRCLES LLC (PaylessKratom.com) and do not make satisfactory payment arrangements, my account may be placed with an external collection agency. I will be responsible for reimbursement of the fee of any collection agency, which may be based on a percentage at a maximum of 35% of the debt, and all costs and expenses, including reasonable collection and attorney’s fees incurred during collection efforts.

In order for 36 CIRCLES LLC (PaylessKratom.com) or their designated collection agency to service my account, and where not prohibited by applicable law, I agree that 36 CIRCLES LLC (PaylessKratom.com) and the designated external collection agency are authorized to (i) contact me by telephone at the telephone numbers(s) I am providing including wireless telephone numbers, which could result in charges to me, (ii) contact me by sending text messages (message and data rates may apply) or emails, using any email address I provide and (iii) methods of contact may include using pre-recorded artificial voice message and/or use of an automatic dialing device, as applicable. Furthermore, I consent the designated external collection agency to share personal contact and account related information with third party vendors to communicate account related information via telephone, text, email, and mail notification.

A $35.00 fee will be added to the total amount owed.
