I have Ankylosing Spondylitis, it is a fun little disorder in the rheumatoid arthritis family that causes spinal fusion and inflammation in the larger joints like hips, shoulders, and knees. I have used dozens of different kratom products and was sad to see this one was not giving the credit it deserves. To new, and even experienced users, too much of this product will make you nauseous. That is just a testament to its strength and quality. For users looking to down half or an entire bottle, look elsewhere. For responsible users looking for quality pain relief and some longevity from your Kratom shot, look no further. K-Shot uses Maeng Da leaves in their products, which is why it is the best in all categories: energy + mood enhancement/anxiety relief, and significant pain relief. I will say that the only downside to this product is finding that sweet spot the dose that works best for you. Maybe buy a syringe/plunger to properly measure each dose and go from there, but don't let that be the reason you say no to a fantastic product

First, I'd like to mention Payless Kratom has fair and reasonable pricing (if not the best I've found) processes orders quickly and delivery is on time. The K-shot Black is my go to in the morning. It's a quick picker upper and is very effective. Definitely will order again.

Great addition to my hip pain relief options

These have been a great option to use when I'm not taking OPMS Black. I try to take a few different brands/varieties in a cycle to keep my tolerance from going up fast.

One of my new faves

Tried this one after my regular place gave me one free to sample and now it’s one of my faves. It’s cheaper than alot of them but strong! Works better than the more expensive and “stronger” ones actually. It’s syrupy so hate the taste but other than that, love it.
