Bought these because I was curious and because there were BOGO. I wouldn't pay this price for just one. There the same size as a nicotine pouch. My can had some powder that I assume came out of the punches from being jostled around however all pouches seemed to have not lost any notable amount for how much of the dust that was in there. But I will say that these are good to use while working riding my back or anything that has you moving. The taste was good I got the mint ones. I felt a slight something however I am an experienced user so I wasn't expecting too much from 7 mg. In short, if these go on sale again or the price gets lower I would definitely buy some again.
