Terrible Experience - BOGO is a LIE!!

I have been shopping with Payless for over a year with consistently good service and quality products. I have spent a ridiculous amount of money with this company because I felt I could trust them. However, my last purchase was not a good experience at all! I received an email about Kratom Kulture 5ct BOGO while supplies last. You enter how many packs you want and they will automatically include the extra one. I ordered on 3/4 but did not receive it until 3/16 - 12 days! Further, to my dismay, I only received the BOGO deal on 2 of the 20 packs I ordered! The email does not say there is a limit and I fully expected to receive double my order. Instead, I got not even a quarter of the sale that was advertised! In addition, I sent 4 emails to them via their customer service email address both while waiting for my order and after receiving it and never received any updates, feedback, an apology - nothing. No communication and no attempt to make it right. I am very displeased. Be warned - Payless does not have any customer service at all and I will not shop here any longer unless they make it right. You could be next!
