Strong for beginners

I was looking for something to help alleviate symptoms of depression. I had never taken anything like this before and followed the instructions. Took one gummy to “microdose.” This was way too strong for me! If you are like me, I’d take a half or even a quarter. Overall, experience was good. I just wish I had been more conservative with the dose for the first time.
