Payless is usually great about keeping what I order in stock, they've ran out a few times over the years, but they restock within a few weeks. Price is great, not the cheapest, but nowhere near the most expensive. Shipping fee is extremely reasonable, for now at least. Too many vendors are gouging for shipping, but Payless doesn't. Shipping is typically very quick as well. You'll receive an order placed within 3-4 business days. I've ordered on Fridays before and received it Monday/Tuesday.
