I use Kratom to help with sleep & anxiety. I find a low dose works fine ,(3 caps.). Since I began taking it at bedtime I have been falling asleep much easier. Overall sleep has improved. So glad to have discovered this herb. I researched it initially & was a bit concerned about potential for addiction ( usually at higher doses over a prolonged period). I am keeping the dose low & will continue to self -monitor. I'm sensitive to medication side effects. I have had no problems thus far.
