disgusting chunks of material in shot

I bought two of these while working on shot reviews. I took one and nearly vomited as chunks of material were VERY present. I've taken over 60 different types of kratom shots and this was a terrible 1st. I poured the 2nd shot into a glass and had to throw it out as it was the exact same. Contacted the manufacturer who promises satisfaction and Charlie assured me he would replace the product. He never did, tried to contact multiple times with no response. Weak product with non-existent coward-like support.
