This was a first for me with this brand and overall they hit me pretty fast had long lasting feeling comparatively to other brands .

Fast acting and long lasting pain relief!
USdid not get order
Their site guarentees fast shipping(same day or within 2d), that's a lie! I spent over an hour trying to place my order on their faulty site as soon as it relaunched, as a chronic pain patient I expected my order to get to me by my birthday for pain management. When it did not go out the Friday I ordered, I placed a 2nd order on Monday for good measure(both over $100). 4 days later they both had not shipped and 20+ emails had gone ignored. The night before my birthday I finally got a response stating that the order "should" be going out that night and that was it. No compensation offered, nothing. I asked if under the circumstances(as a customer who's spent hundreds weekly) if it could be expedited and if not could I cancel. So they canceled my orders the day before my birthday and then offered me $10 off my "next order" when I already had a total of $24 off both my canceled orders-SUCH A JOKE! They gave me nothing for all the inconvienence & wasted time. I will never spend my money here again if this is how they treat customers after their F*** up! You're better off going to KURES where they have good CS. This was not the first issue either. I've been ignored multiple times, hung up on, after having tablets missing from my order w/them saying "NOT OUR PROBLEM" These are drug dealers w/no compassion & who only care about taking ur money!
