Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards except Mastercard. We also accept CashApp as a peer-to-peer payment option. If you choose this method, you’ll receive email instructions on how to complete the transaction.

Free Shipping

Free Ground Shipping is available on orders with a subtotal of $49 or more to the contiguous 48 states (excludes Hawaii and Alaska).

Free USPS Priority Shipping is available on orders with a subtotal of $100 or more to all 50 states. For orders to Hawaii or Alaska, customers must ship to a home address (not a UPS Access Point) to receive free USPS shipping.

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your cart meets the requirements.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders placed by 1 PM PST, Monday – Friday usually ship the same day but may take up to 2 business days to process. We cannot guarantee same-day shipping or next-day delivery. Standard delivery can take up to 9 business days. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Holiday Processing: Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing during the December and January holiday rush. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available, however all orders are delivered on business days (Monday – Friday). Express orders placed on or near the weekend will ship the following week. Even if your package receives a tracking number on the weekend, it won’t be picked up by the carrier until Monday.

Important: Both UPS and USPS have limited their guaranteed services since 2020. Expedited options like UPS Next Day Air or Priority Mail Express may experience unforeseen delays. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in their possession. Please check the carrier’s website for the latest service guarantee details.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to state and local laws, we can’t ship certain products to some areas. We do our best to keep this info current, but laws may change without notice.

If you see this message at checkout:

“Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your location. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”

This means something in your cart can’t be shipped to your address (either kratom, 7-OH, or both).

We offer UPS Access Points as a shipping option. You can ship to a UPS Access Point outside of a restricted area if one is nearby.

Places Where We Cannot Ship To

Kratom Products – We Do Not Ship To The Following States:

Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Indiana, Louisiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin.

Kratom Products With 7-OH (7-Hydroxymitragynine) Content Limits:

If 7OH is more than 2% we do not ship to the following states:

Arizona, Colorado, Kentucky, Maryland, Nebraska, Nevada, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah

If 7OH is more than 1% we do not ship to the following states:

Georgia, Mississippi, Oklahoma

If 7OH is more than 0.04% we do not ship to the following states. MOST KRATOM PRODUCTS CONTAIN MORE THAN THE ALLOWED LIMIT.

FAQ’s

We strive to process your order as quickly as possible. In most cases, we will be able to ship your order the same day if you place it before our cutoff time of 1:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday. However, it may take up to 2 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has left our facility you will receive a tracking number via email confirmation. Please note that we do not guarantee same-day shipping or next-day delivery for any orders.
We strive to process your order quickly, but please allow up to 2 days for processing. Occasionally, our system may flag an order for a security review to protect you from fraud. If this happens, we may need to verify some information with you. Please respond promptly to any requests from us, and /or No Fraud (third party verification service) as this will help prevent any delays in getting your order shipped. Please check spam folders for potentially important correspondences.
To better protect our customers from unauthorized transactions, we have partnered with a third-party company called No Fraud. No Fraud might place an order on hold while it is being reviewed. Please respond promptly to any communication that you may receive from No Fraud, so that your order can be processed.
Orders placed after 1 PM PST on Friday will be shipped the following week.
We understand that waiting for your order can be frustrating, and we do our best to provide accurate shipping estimates. However, once your package leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of the carrier. We rely on the same tracking information you see and unfortunately have no control over any delays they may happen.
Tracking updates can sometimes lag. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update online.
While our system does its best to catch any address errors, it’s always a good idea to double-check everything! If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact customer support right away so we can make sure your order gets to you without a hitch. Once a shipping label has been created or the order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the order.
USPS and UPS provide information for consumers about service disruptions caused by weather conditions and other natural disasters or events. You may find out if your package is disrupted by visiting the respective carrier website and viewing their service alerts.
No, delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
