Free Standard Shipping!

Free ground shipping is available on orders with a subtotal of $49 or more in 48 states, not including Hawaii and Alaska. Orders placed by 1 PM PST M-F usually ship same day; but may take up to 2 business days to process. We cannot guarantee Same-Day Shipping or next-day delivery. Delivery can take up to 9 business days. While we provide an estimated delivery date for standard shipping, please note this is only an estimate, and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Free USPS priority shipping is available on orders with a subtotal of $100 or more in all 50 states.

For orders in Hawaii or Alaska, please note that customers must ship to a home address not a UPS access point in order to receive free USPS shipping.

If the items in your cart meet the shipping requirements, then free shipping becomes available automatically.

Holiday Shipping

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing due to the December and January holiday rush. We’re working hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, in the order they are received.

Express Shipping

While we offer express shipping, all orders are delivered on business days (Mon-Fri). This means that express orders placed close to or on the weekend will ship the following week. Even if your package receives a tracking number on the weekend, it won’t be picked up by the carrier until Monday.

Both UPS and USPS have limited their guaranteed services since 2020. This means that even expedited options like UPS Next Day Air or Priority Mail Express may experience unforeseen delays. We are not responsible for these delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession. Please check the carrier’s website for the latest service guarantee details.

Shipping Restrictions:

Due to local and state laws, we cannot ship Kratom products to Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, San Diego County CA, Denver CO, Sarasota County, FL, Union County MI, and the District of Columbia.

Holiday Shipping Schedule:

To ensure timely delivery, please be aware of the following holiday closures and potential shipping delays. Our facility will be closed and/or carriers will not be picking up packages on these days:

We strive to process your order as quickly as possible. In most cases, we will be able to ship your order the same day if you place it before our cutoff time of 1:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday. However, it may take up to 2 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has left our facility you will receive a tracking number via email confirmation. Please note that we do not guarantee same-day shipping or next-day delivery for any orders.

If this happens, we may need to verify some information with you.
